2. Contexte of your communication situation
General settings
The orders of glass delivered on the support of different sizes, called “agrès”. It costs a lot of money. Their “no-return” in the company is an important financial loss. The manager hopes the setting up of the new monitoring’s system. A meeting is organized to define and to present the project.
The communication situation itself
People involved and relationship between the people :
- The chief manager drives the meeting, gives the instructions and sets the targets.
- The haulages department manager presents the current monitoring’s system of the “agrès”.
- 4 drivers describe theirs job and suggest the enhancements.
- 4 sales representatives who are not yet integrated in the process.
- 1 personal assistant writes down the actual process, the different problems and the minds.
Communication method: Style of the spice semi-guiding from director as part of a dialogue’s meeting ; brainstorming for the employees through an active listening.

3. Lived situation
Identity strategy for the director: He shows to the employees that he is receptive to their problems; he leads the meeting and the different speeches of the staff.
Interpersonal strategy for the employees: They think together about the project and suggest theirs ideas: actual monitoring, improvement’s propositions, …
Cooperation strategy for the personal assistant: She listens to the ideas and the arguments of all of the participants. The topic is to better understand the working and to identify the problems.
